Broadband Lite Service is offered as an affordable best-effort service without a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Broadband Lite Service includes best effort internet services and limited best effort iVoice Services

iLink Business Broadband is Suitable for businesses where Internet is Important, large bandwidth and link capacity is preferable, but will function with decreased minimum bandwidth availability in event of an International outage. The service is delivered over shared infrastructure and offers a non-punitive Service Availability SLA.
ILink Business is suitable for businesses where internet /voice availability is critical to business revenue, customers have an international presence and/ or running critical applications and have MPLS/ VPN requirements. iLink business services is backed by a punitive Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on a Fibre or Wireless link type.
iLTE Express service is provided as an alternative where no other types of connectivity are available and is delivered over a mobile network for Voice services only. iLTE Express is dependent on mobile signal coverage and tower load ,and as such is provided as a Best Effort Service and is not backed by any form of Service Level Agreement.
