Customers wishing to have a holiday message for the festive period need to please contact our CSOC by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, by no later than 9 December 2022 in order for us to assist with the setup.
Please be advised that this service will be charged for at a minimal fee.
Customers will need to provide their own message for any calls logged for a holiday message thereafter.
