• Responsible for creating, planning and providing inhouse training on business
and productivity solutions provided and supported by the IT department.
• Give classroom and one one-on-one training for Microsoft Dynamics Nav,
Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office, security awareness and other
products or service provided by the IT department.
• 1st and 2nd line support of Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Microsoft Dynamics
CRM and Microsoft Office users (will provide training if necessary –
extensive support experience needed if not qualified on Nav) on all modules
but with a greater focus on Finance and Services.
• Creation, setup and maintenance of training plan.
• Setup and maintenance of assessments on available systems.
• Training manual updates and creation.

Requirements and experience

  •  1 year or more experience in supporting an ERP solution.

  •  Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification;
  • 1-2 years ERP training experience
  • 3-5 years IT system training experience
  • 3-5 years MS standard office suite experience (including training of office
  • Proven track record in training of an ERP system (preferably Microsoft
  • Dynamics Nav) or similar line of business application
  • Previous experience in dealing directly with end-users in training
  • Classroom and One-on-One Training
  • Writing of training manuals and procedures
  • Advanced Accounting knowledge an advantage
  •  MSCT certification is desirable
