JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Demonstrates a sound knowledge of the contracts administration processes and takes care to adhere to these processes which includes:
  • Loading of all new Service Contracts and loans
  • Maintaining all existing Service Contracts
  • Administration of annual increases
  • Final billing on collected and or cancelled contracts
  • Cancellation of all contracts cancelled
  • Clearing of exception reports
  • Handling of internal queries on contracts
  • Month end billing
  • General administration
  • Ensures the calculation of cross funding
  • Builds good customer relationships by providing excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Matric
  • 3 -5 years’ experience in a contracts or similar role
  • Office Automation industry experience
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
